Five Financing Tracks: A 3–4 Month Parallel Strategy
Over the next 3–4 months, we are running five financing tracks in parallel. These can be grouped into three clear categories:
I. Fast Private Capital
Immediate closing focus
II. Structured / Institutional
Bank + CAF alignment
III. Strategic Platform
Mid-to-large scale development
I. Fast Private Capital Tracks (Immediate Closing Focus)
Included:
  • Southern Italy – ACMPP Core Cluster (4–8 weeks)
  • Panama – Core Unit, Private Investor Track (6–10 weeks)
These rely on direct investor decisions and SPV-based structures.
Key Tasks in the Coming Weeks
  • Finalisation of SPV structures
  • Term sheet negotiation and investor alignment
  • Refined CAPEX and cash flow models
  • Accelerated due diligence preparation
Strategic Objective
Close at least one financing within the first 6–8 weeks.
II. Structured / Institutional Track (Bank + CAF Alignment)
Included
  • Panama – Core Unit, CAF-supported local bank structure (8–12 weeks)
This follows a more institutional pathway but remains executable within the same time window.
Objective
Bring the project to formal approval readiness.
Key Tasks
  • Structuring the bankable financing model and security framework
  • Alignment with CAF parameters
  • Formalisation of financial models according to institutional standards
III. Strategic Platform Development (Mid-to-Large Scale)
Included:
  • Panama – Mega ACMPP National Program (10–16 weeks)

Here the focus is not immediate cash closing, but structured scaling.
